Church + State Bid Goes To Electricians Work Contractor

A major development on Cleveland’s near west side will use an Electricians Work contractor to perform all the electrical work.

The $60 million Church + State project will use the region’s highly skilled electricians and electrical workers to help construct two buildings, an 11-story structure and a six-story structure, for this mixed-use development.

The buildings will combine to house 158 apartments and about 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Additionally, there will be a 10,000 square feet park with a splash feature and an enormous public art component and the largest bicycle garage in the region, which will hold roughly 200 bikes.

Members of Electricians Work will perform all electrical work on the buildings, including wiring, installation of interior and exterior lightening, work on safety systems and all low voltage/data wiring and installation.

Church + State, located in Cleveland’s Hingetown’s neighborhood, is the first LEED mixed-use building on Cleveland’s west side. It is also the largest market-rate HUD project in the region in the past few decades.

With an expected completion date of spring 2020, the project’s general contractor is counting on all the electrical work to be performed correctly the first time. Through efficient and safe work, the men and women who work for an Electricians Work Contractor have established a reputation as being able to complete any job – no matter the size – on time and on budget. It is what separates them from other electrical contractors.

Electricians and electrical workers employed by an Electricians Work contractor receive great pay and excellent health and retirement benefits. The Electricians Work Contractors also provide their electrical workers with free training to upgrade their skills and to help them obtain certifications to keep them eligible to work on LEED certified projects.
